Welcome to Gabriel V Tattoos. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Booking and Services

  • All tattoo appointments are final once confirmed. Please arrive on time to avoid delays or cancellation.

  • Tattoos are permanent. We recommend reviewing designs carefully before your session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
     

2. Payments and Pricing

  • Prices for tattoos and merch are as listed on our website. We accept payment through secure online methods.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your tattoo appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once to another date for the same person with notice no less than 72 hours before the appointment. Only one transfer is allowed per deposit.
     

3. Merch Sales

  • All merchandise is subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and images.

  • Orders are processed promptly, but delivery times may vary. Shipping costs and policies are outlined at checkout.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
     

4. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork and designs created by Gabriel V Tattoos are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use our designs without permission.

  • When you commission a tattoo, you gain the right to wear the design, but ownership of the original artwork remains with us unless otherwise agreed.
     

5. Liability

  • We follow strict hygiene and safety standards, but tattoos carry inherent risks. By booking, you accept all risks associated with tattooing.

  • Gabriel V Tattoos is not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction due to personal health factors or aftercare.
     

6. Website Use

  • You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or accuracy of all content.
     

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
